We need your help finding out  what kind of hardware you guys you plan to play on.

This affects how we will go forward implementing features, as well as how much we should concentrate on speed optimization and supporting lower end systems.

 If you have a minute, please head over to this forum thread and post up your specs!

Work continues on the game. Lately work has focused on art and stations. Hopefully we will be able to show that work off in a new movie soon.

We've got what we think is a solid GUI system in the engine and that is letting us move forward building the screens for station interactions such as chat, shopping, and trading. We are definitely on track for a christmas beta. :)

 

Here is a little preview of what that will contain.

Further work on the new GUI system continues. Some new layout designs and widgets have come together as well as some new chat features thanks to Aurash's continued awesomeness.

 Work also continues on new shaders for ships and ship effects. Screenshots of said shaders soon (tonight maybe? Laughing )

 Tenma has been up to quite a bit when it comes to the story/design aspects of the game, as some of you may have noticed on the forums. Nothing yet to reveal but smoke and mirrors :)
